The Ritz Hotel

As we continued in our Sooo Pinoy Davao Food Trip, our next destination was The Ritz Hotel of Garden Oasis where sumptuous Filipino treats await us.

The Ritz Hotel

The Ritz Hotel is a both a business and leisure hotel which caters all the comforts and needs of a traveler. The experience is the same with other standard hotels in the city with unparalleled service. It is only 20 minutes away from Davao International Airport, the main gateway of the city. The Ritz Hotel is conveniently located within the business and commercial districts of the city. More so, it is only a few kilometers away from shopping malls and recreational areas.

And for the food, the resident chef prepared two Filipino dishes: Kinilaw (raw Malasugi fish marinated in vinegar and sprinkled with generous amounts of diced ginger, cucumber, radish and spices) and Beef Bulalo. The Pinakbet with deep fried pork chop really caught my attention though. It was my first time to try such innovative dish and it wasn't bad at all. Overall, these three dishes were delicious and I highly recommend them!
