Postcard: Cebu's Wild Beaches

Malapascua, Cebu
Rockberg!

Before 2011 ended, I decided to fly out of Davao to Cebu to meet up with my travel blogger friends; it was my first time to see them in person (lol). Actually, seeing them beyond the screen of my laptop was surreal. Upon arrival, we headed straight to the north bus terminal and off we went to the pristine beaches of Cebu.

It took us a total of five hours (4hrs of travel by land and an hour by rough sea) before reaching the beautiful island of Malapascua. The place reminded me of Boracay sans the party noise and crowd. By morning, we went island hopping, fed the fish at the sanctuary, and one of us even dared to jump from a 50-foot cliff. T'was truly breathtaking.

Next stop: Bantayan Island. The island's bigger and the shoreline's really long, especially during low tide.

Gosh, I miss those days when we were just lying at the beach, basking under the sun to get a perfect tan. Actually... I overtanned myself. Hahaha nognog alert! It was also my first time to see people smoking their e-cigarettes. To order one, visit E-cig.ph.
