Missin' the Long and Winding Road

If you are an avid reader of this blog, you will notice that I seldom publish post about my travel stories. For the sake of updating this blog, I include the progress of my new career as an air traffic controller. Well, it is still part of my journey, the adventure of my life.

When it was our group's turn to have daily ATC duties at Plaridel Airport, we immediately packed our things and traveled all the way from Pasay City to Plaridel, Bulacan. It is a small town and it reminded me of Carmen, Davao del Norte. Travel time is approximately an hour but during worst case scenarios, it would stretch to up to three hours! But I don't mind it at all, as long as the view's good. After passing Balintawak, I would always see the surreal transition from the bustling metropolis of NCR to the rural side of Central Luzon. Seeing the vast rice paddies was refreshing.

That's why, I plan to travel once I get my permanent assignment this January. And since I am already earning, I won't have the time to look up for hotels, itineraries, and other travel necessities for my future trips. Thank God for the internet, the online travel agency is truly a great help as I plan my future adventures, probably within Asia.

I can't hardly wait to write a new post about mu latest adventure in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur! Stay tuned.
