Dine Around the World at The Sails Restaurant



A new culinary journey sets sail as Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu's all-day dining outlet introduces its nightly themed buffet concepts. It's a treat in a whole new level - a gastronomic feasts of different origins.

Guests of The Sails Restaurant are treated with a series of gastronomic feasts of different origins. Every day, there's always something new to look forward to, from weekdays to weekends. On Mondays, guests can enjoy a variety of flavors from around the world with the East Meets West repertoire. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, guests can enjoy epicurean delights from Spain, Italy, Greece, and the coast of Lebanon. The dinner buffet on Wednesdays treat diners to a medley of ocean fresh bounty, all in flavorful mixes and essences.

Fridays are reserved for Filipino food lovers. The country's culinary heritage is shown through a traditional feast of local delicacies. Among the signature Filipino dishes are Kare-Kare from the island of Luzon, Cebu's Lechon Belly, and the famous Aligue from Mindanao.

In our visit, we explored the different flavors of Asia. Every Saturday and Sunday, The Sails Restaurant treats its guests by taking them to Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan, China, and even Philippines.

After dinner, we watched a show showcasing the dance culture of Latin America, and the Iberian Peninsula at Ibiza Beach Club. Ibiza Beach Club is the hotel's signature dining and entertainment space which offers authentic Balearic style Churrasco and Mediterranean tapas. Guests can wine and dine under the stars while watching exciting live performances.
