Audition: The Amazing Race Philippines Season 2

For those who didn't know, The Amazing Race has always been my favorite show and I'd always look forward to watch the upcoming seasons. I have always been a fan of this show since Season 3 (I was only 12 or 13 that time). Ten years later, the show still didn't fail to surprise me. The Amazing Race is still AMAZING - full of twists, unexpected results, and real drama.

For Filipinos, it is impossible to audition for this show because firstly, one has to be a US citizen. I believe it is still difficult to audition for The Amazing Race Asia if you're only a Philippine passport holder. Boom. But as years went by, more and more countries acquired a franchise of this show, and one of them is our beloved country, Philippines! Dreaming of becoming one of the contestants of the show is now possible.

Hosted by Derek Ramsay, The Amazing Race Philippines Season 2 is looking for couples or pairs (with pre-existing relationships) who are ready to face different challenges as they race around the country.

Here are the following requirements: 

1. Aged 21 years old and above
2. Filipino citizens
3. Physically and mentally fit
4. Bursting with personality
5. With valid passports
6. At least one member must have a driver's license and can drive automatic tranmission and manual transmission

Ground auditions on the following dates:

• June 20- Matina Town Square, Davao
• June 22- Marqee Mall, Pampanga 
• June 28- Eastwood City Libis, Quezon City

The Amazing Race Philippines is broadcasted on TV5 and will be produced by the International Emmy Award winning Production team, activeTV Asia (producers of Asia's Next Top Model Season 2, The Amazing Race Asia, The Amazing Race Australia, The Amazing Race Israel, The Amazing Race Ukraine, Cash Cab Asia, E! News Asia). 

This season, the stakes are higher and the prizes will be bigger!
